One of the highlights of the initiative was to attend a Picture Book Masterclass Workshop. The 3 speakers were David Mackintosh, Clive Newman of Fremantle Press and Sally Rippin. Above, David Mackintosh explaining the process of designing a picture book. Both books shown here were by Neal Layton, one of my favourite children's book illustrators. :)
